Finished 5th last weekend, next event in Lake Placid, New York on the 22nd
Shot of me trainig at Canada Olympic Park this past weekend.
Well, it's a few days out till Opening Cerimonies and the last few weeks have been filled with preparations on and off the hill for the Games. The Olympic Team has been jumping out at Canada Olympic Park for the last week and we've had some great conditions for training.
I can't wait to head out to Vancouver and get a chance to get settled in the Athletes Village and gear up for Opening Cerimonies. Should be a good time.
On a side note, you can check out Chatelaine Magazine this month for a rather revealing look and myself and the rest of the Olympic aerial team.
Me in training at Deer Valley, Utah

The last few weeks have been rather hectic on the circuit following the World Cup event in Calgary on the 10th, I travelled to Park City, Utah for the next event which was held this past Friday.
I came 5th in the event, which was my best result so far this season and a much needed one to help me try and earn my spot on the Olympic team. The competition was held at night in front of a large crowd, the largest I'll see this year other than the Games. Jumping for a crowd that large is always fun and I was glad to put down a good performance for them.
The next competition is the last for our Olympic qualification period and will be held in Lake Placid, New York. I'm looking to improve on my 5th and gain some momentum going into Feburary.
Below is a short clip of some highlights from training and the contest jumps from the Canadian Athletes.

Just arrived in Park City, Utah, for the next stop on the FIS World Cup tour. Last weeks 14th placing in Calgary's World Cup was dissapointing but it was great to get a chance to jump infront of a home town crowd.
There are now just two events left before our Olympic team is chosen so these next few weeks are very important. I'm looking forward to competing here in Park City, it's always been one of my favorite stops on tour.
Here is a video clip from last weeks event in Calgary. We had a solid crowd turn out and the clip is my teammate Warren Shouldice competing in the finals where he ended up 6th.
Heading out the China tomorrow to kick off the World Cup season. I had a great training camp out at Apex mountain in B.C. and I'm feeling really good heading into the season.
There are two World Cup competitions in China, back to back, on the 19th and 20th. They are very important events for me as they can count towards Olympic qualifications.
The video below is from our training out in Apex. It's me performing a quad twisting triple back flip, one of the jumps I will be competiting in China at the World Cup. I've also added a few more pics from Apex to the pictures page.

The 2010 season has finally arrived as we've begun our on snow training out at Apex Mountain in BC. After looking forward to this season since it was announced that Vancouver would host the games so many years ago, it's great to finally get the year rolling. There is still a long road ahead, as our Olympic team has not yet been set and is based a large part on this seasons results. I'm feeling great going in to the season and I'm looking forward to our first event which is held in China in late December.
I put a few pictures up from our pre-Olympic camp in Calgary
